Here it is… one more type of Idly using sago/sabudana/sabbakki. Curd which is little sour is used in preparing this idly, so it turns out little tangy and it is spicy because of green chilli.

Here it is… one more type of Idly using sago/sabudana/sabbakki. Curd which is little sour is used in preparing this idly, so it turns out little tangy and it is spicy because of green chilli.

Wash sago in enough water, drain all the water and keep it for 1 – 2 hours (for soaking)

Make tempering with all the ingredients

Put tempering, salt and curds to the soaked sago
- 4
Mix well, Pour it in the idly plates and steam it for 5 to 6 minutes

Take out after 5 minutes and serve with chutney
