Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1egg
1onion, chopped
1 cupmilk
1 cupbread crumbs
2 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspmustard
1/3 cupketchup
salt & pepper

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, mix beef, egg, onion, milk, & breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Place loaf into greased baking dish.

In a separate small bowl, mix brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup.

Mix well and pour over meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour or until done in the middle.
