Boil your noodles drain add a bit of oil 2 tablespoons to coat so not to stick

Add oil 2 tablespoon to a big wok or big pan get very hot

Add vegetables listen for a sizzle stir fry moving vegetables around

Add wine if you use omit if you dont soya sauce, vinegar and 1 cup sugar

When liquid boils mix cornstarch and water together pour into liquid and vegetables stir once add noodles mix well add more water if too thick

Serve immediately hope you enjoy
