Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice
  2. 1/4th cup urad dal
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and urad dal seperately for 5 hours. And then puree it fine again seperately.

  2. 2

    Now mix it together and keep it in warm place for fermentation for 10 hours.

  3. 3

    Take steamer on and add 1 tsp ghee in it.
