After preparing ground beef, place cooled beef in the bottom of a baking dish.

Add slices of kraft singles cheese, being sure to cover all of the beef.

Preparing mashed potatoes: after boiling potatoes; drain water and add butter, milk, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder and mash everything together.

Spoon the mashed potatoes over the beef and cheese and spread with a knife or spoon evenly across the baking tray.

Add the grated mozzarella cheese and crispy crunchy onions on top of potatoes.

Bake in oven for 15-20 on 250°F Celsius or until cheese is melted.
