I make this for breakfast, fairly low in calories and keeps me full through lunch. Generally make it the night before, keeps well.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAlmond Milk (unsweetened)
  2. 1Banana
  3. 3 ozTofu (about 1in of a 4in long 12.3 oz block)
  4. 1scoop of Whey Protein
  5. 2 tbspPeanut Butter (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

    That's about it.
