Wash the chicken and cut it into strips lengthwise to your preferred size.

In a food processor, combine all the marinade ingredients and spices. Blend well, then pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, place the marinated chicken in a pot over high heat. Cover and cook until all the liquid evaporates and the marinade is absorbed. Add vegetable oil and sauté until the chicken is browned.

Spread the bread with mayonnaise and ketchup, then add the chicken shawarma, French fries, tomatoes, and pickles. Roll it up and toast it on a hot grill or skillet until golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
