1 largetomato dice seeded
1cabbage finely cut
1soft tofu (cold dish tofu)
1 largeavocado dice
dressing
1Japanese mayonnaise (depends how large your salad)
1wasabi (depends how hot you want)

Mix all the ingredients,cucumber, tomato,cabbage, tofu,avocado in a large bowl.

Mix wasabi and Japanese mayonnaise. Mix well. And mix with the salad.

You can sprinkle with almond flakes if you want to.
