  1. 3 lbYukon gold potatoes
  2. 8 clovegarlic; smashed and peeled
  3. 3/4 ozrosemary; minced
  4. 1 stickbutter; cubed
  5. 1 packagesbacon; cooked and diced
  6. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan
  7. 1 cupaged sharp cheddar; shredded
  8. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  9. 2 tbspsour cream
  10. 1salt and pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cover potatoes and garlic with cold, salted water. Boil until potatoes are fork tender. Drain. Return to pot.

  2. 2

    Turn on high heat for one minute to remove excess moisture. Add remaining ingredients. Smash potatoes and fold ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Variations; mustards, fresh herbs, veggie purees...the possibilities are endless!
