Ingredients

  • 1 canCondensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelopeLiptons savory herb & garlic mix
  • 1medium Onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cupWater
  • 2 1/2 lbchuck roast
  • 1Optional: add 1 additional can of cream of mushroom soup for extra gravy

Steps

  1. 1

    In slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, savory herb & garlic packet, onion, and water. Place chuck roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. 3

    Break up meat by gently pushing with spoon, then coat meat with gravy.
