Im avoiding too much oil, so i tried to create my own chicken dishes. Actually i dont use any measurement when i cook. I just estimate each of them. I was really surprise because this one taste soo great and become one of family favourite.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. 3 cupRed Bean
  3. 1/4 ozRed Chili
  4. 3 eachTomato
  5. 1 cloveOnion
  6. 5 tbspHoney
  7. 500 mlWater
  8. 2 eachCinnamon
  9. 2 cloveCandlenut
  10. 4 cloveGarlic
  11. 2 tspOlive oil
  12. 1as needed Salt
  13. 3 tspWhite pepper powder
  14. 1as needed Black Pepper Powder
  15. 2 tspCrushed basil leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken in 500ml water (or as needed) to get the broth

  2. 2

    Take the chicken, dry it and put the broth on a bowl

  3. 3

    Boil red beans in water until tender, divide in 2 parts

  4. 4

    Take 1 part of red bean then crush it

  5. 5

    Puree tomato, garlic, candlenut, cinnamon and red chili

  6. 6

    Chop onion, then cook it with olive oil until tender

  7. 7

    Take the broth then boil it

  8. 8

    Put cooked onion into the broth

  9. 9

    Put puree and crushed red beans into the broth

  10. 10

    Wait until them boil, put honey in and stir, then put the chicken and another part of red bean (that not been crushed)

  11. 11

    Pour salt, white pepper, black pepper, basil leaves

  12. 12

    Stir and let it about 30-45 mins until the water dry

  13. 13

    Serve
