Ingredients

  • 1pork tenderloin; trimmed
  • 1 bottleH1 sauce
  • 1small jar mango chutney or preserves
  • 1 tbspred curry powder
  • 2 tspground coriander seed
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • as neededsalt and pepper
  • as neededolive oil

    Marinate tenderloin with half the H1 sauce for 4-48 hours.

  2. 2

    Pat tenderloin dry. Toss with enough oil to cover the tenderloin. Season.

  3. 3

    Heat H1 sauce and mango chutney until blended in a saute pan. Add tenderloin to pan.

  4. 4

    Roast at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Turn over pork and baste halfway through cooking time.

    Variations; Cilantro, parsley, mustard, other preserves, pineapple juice, papaya, chives, shallots, scallions, ginger, paprika, celery seed, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, ras el hanout
