  1. 2 largeeggs
  2. 100 mlcoconut milk
  3. 75 mlwater
  4. 1 packagespondan bolu kukus merekah
  5. 1/3 tspfood coloring: red, yellow, green, blue, purple

    Beat the eggs with mixer in high speed for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Add pondan and water. Beat the dough with mixer in high speed for 7 minutes

  3. 3

    Add coconut milk and stir.

  4. 4

    Separate the dough into 6 parts. Each part of the dough add the food coloring about 3-4 drops. For the remaining dough part, dont add any color, let it be white.

  5. 5

    Put in the paper cup into the bolu kukus cup.

  6. 6

    Fill the base cup with white dough into 1/2 cup, then add the colored dough layer by layer.

  7. 7

    Steam it with high heat for 15 minutes.

  8. 8

    Voila!
