Boil the potatoes, peel and mash it make the paste of garlic, ginger and chilli

Heat the kadai And add 3 tbs spoon of oil add mustard seed, jeera and a pinch of asafoetida(Hing).

Then add ginger garlic paste saute it for 1 min. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder then add a mashed potatoes in it keep on stirring for 2 to 3 mins Add salt to it and coriander leaves. Make a small balls of these potatoes. On the other side prepare the batter from the besan by adding chill

Turmeric powder and salt according to taste. Add pinch of sodium bi carbonate in it. Dip the balls into the batter and fry it in the medium Flame
