Ingredients

  • 4hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 1avocado, diced
  • 6 Tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 Tbspminced cilantro
  • 1 tspfresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspDijon mustard
  • 1/2sdt paprika powder (optional)
  • to tastesalt and black pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add in mayonnaise, minced cilantro, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika powder, salt, dan black pepper powder. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add eggs and avocado. Mix well again for a while.

  3. 3

    Serve with boiled potatoes or toast or you can also make a sandwich.

  4. 4

    Enjoy! 😋
