The recipe changes when I publish it so ill give you the measurements BELOW:
All purpose seasoning - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cayenne pepper - 1 1/3 tsp
Ginger, garlic and pimento powder - 1 1/4 tsp

Preheat the oven to 200°c
- 2
Wash with lemon juice and water , also cut the excess fatty bits off the chicken.

Put into a bowl and add the all purpose seasoning . Rub it into the chicken so that it's evenly distributed.

Add the rest of the powders/seasoning . And mix into the chicken . Leave in fridge for however long you want (I put mine straight in the oven )

Add the oil to a pan and put the chicken into the pan allowing enough space between them .

Cook for 35 mins on one side .

Then 20 mins on the other or until it has throughly cooked .

Serve with rice , potatoes or anything you'd like .
