Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupolive oil
  2. 1/2 cupwhite wine vinegar
  3. 2 ozjar diced pimento, drained
  4. 3 tbspchopped parsley
  5. 3 tbspminced green onions
  6. 3 cloveminced garlic
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 3/4 tspdried basil
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspfreshly grated pepper
  11. 1 eachblock of sharp cheddar cheese, chilled
  12. 1 eachpackage of cream cheese, chilled

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine first 10 ingredients in jar and shake.

    Cut both cheeses into thick slices. Stagger cheeses in shallow dish.

    Pour marinade over cheese. Marinate for 8 hours. Serve with crackers.
