Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 2 ozjar diced pimento, drained
  • 3 tbspchopped parsley
  • 3 tbspminced green onions
  • 3 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 3/4 tspdried basil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspfreshly grated pepper
  • 1 eachblock of sharp cheddar cheese, chilled
  • 1 eachpackage of cream cheese, chilled

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine first 10 ingredients in jar and shake.

    Cut both cheeses into thick slices. Stagger cheeses in shallow dish.

    Pour marinade over cheese. Marinate for 8 hours. Serve with crackers.
