Ingredients

  1. 1 packagessugar free raspberry jello
  2. 1 canMandarin oranges in lite syrup, drained we
  3. 1 cupuncooked pecans, chopped
  4. 1/2 packagessugar free cool whip

Cooking Instructions

    Open can of oranges and put in a strainer and set asside

  2. 2

    Make jello according to package. (I use the small one because I'm only one person who eats on it.)

  3. 3

    In a sealable bowl, add jello mix and oranges and cool in fridge for 2 hours.

    Pull bowl out and break up jello mixture with a whisk. You will break up the oranges.

  5. 5

    Add pecans and cool whip and mix until everything is covered. And chill for one hour. Then serve it up.
