I got this from an appetizer my aunt brought to a family get together she made the mini version using jalapenos. My dad and uncle brought home a bunch of anaheim peppers so we used those and made it into a dinner. Amazzingg

First cut off tops of anaheims and de-vein and de-seed peppers

Then start scooping pulled pork and cream cheese into peppers in equal parts

After you have filled all peppers to the top wrap them with 2 pieces of bacon each and lay them out on a flat cooking pan

Preheat oven to 450 bake them in the oven for 20 min

After you have pulled then out of the oven then broil the peppers on high for 1-3 min to brown the bacon

For sausage and peppers rice chop sausage into small pieces along with diced onion and red and green bells

Cook sausage bells and onion in oil or butter (about 1 cup) for 10 min on medium high heat. After ten minutes add rice and spices to the mix

Next add beef broth and 1 cup of water to the rice mix bring to a high boil

Once rice is tender and soft remove from stove and add cheese if desired.
