1 lbCanadian bacon
1 packagesSmoked bacon
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 1/4 cupbrown sugar
1 tspblack pepper

1. Cut Canadian bacon into cubes and season with brown sugar and both peppers

Cut strips of bacon into threes and wrap each cube of Canadian bacon with bacon. Secure with a toothpick that has been soaked in water.

Place on grill on wire rack.

Cook for 8-15 mins at 350 or 40 min at 200 on grill. Use grill cover otherwise bacon grease will burn.
