  2. 1family pack of cheese tortellini noodles
  3. 2 canCream of chicken soup
  4. 2 canchicken broth
  5. 2 cupwater
  6. 1 packagesChopped frozen spinach
  7. 3 stalkscelery
  8. 3Carrots
  9. 1onion
  10. 1 Clovegarlic
  11. 1Salt and pepper to taste
  12. 1/4 cupOlive oil or vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot Dice vegetables and saute in olive oil until tender

  2. 2

    Add spinach and break up with vegetables

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth, soup and water

  4. 4

    Add tortellini

  5. 5

    Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes
