1family pack of cheese tortellini noodles
2 canCream of chicken soup
2 canchicken broth
2 cupwater
1 packagesChopped frozen spinach
3 stalkscelery
3Carrots
1onion
1 Clovegarlic
1Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cupOlive oil or vegetable oil

In a large pot Dice vegetables and saute in olive oil until tender

Add spinach and break up with vegetables

Add chicken broth, soup and water

Add tortellini

Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes
