Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 largeeggs scrambled
  • 6 cupday old cooked rice
  • 1/4 cuplite soya sauce
  • 2 smallonions chopped
  • 15 ozsweet peas
  • 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbsphoisin sauce
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2Chinese lap chong sausage links 46 grams each

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil add onion garlic and sausage fry till onions are just soft add soya sauce stir in rice mixing well add peas and lastly the eggs

  2. 2

    stir fry till rice is heated well enjoy ....note before frying the sausages remove casing
