Such a great side dish to go with seafood. Salty and garlic crisp skin with a hint of rosemary and slightly sweet on the inside!

Such a great side dish to go with seafood. Salty and garlic crisp skin with a hint of rosemary and slightly sweet on the inside!

Preheat oven to 400°

Wash & dry potatoes. Cube potatoes (the smaller, the crispier!)

Add potatoes and remaining ingredients to medium bowl. Toss to evenly coat potatoes
- 4
Arrange potatoes on a greased cookie sheet
- 5
Bake for 35-40 mintues, flipping potatoes halfway
- 6
*I like salty, so I add a few more dashes of salt right out of the oven
- 7
**This recipe is for 2 small side dishes since I only ever cook for 2
