  • 1 cupFlour
  • 2 cupDry oats
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 cupBrown sugar
  • 1 cupEach of chopped dates,raisins,craisins,dry blueberries,sunflower seeds
  • 2 cupApple sauce
  • 2Smashed bananas
  • 1 tspCinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda

Steps

    Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl. Grease a shallow pan. Bake in a 375°F preheated oven (convection) for 45 min to an hour, checking for doneness.
