  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 2 cupDry oats
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1 cupBrown sugar
  5. 1 cupEach of chopped dates,raisins,craisins,dry blueberries,sunflower seeds
  6. 2 cupApple sauce
  7. 2Smashed bananas
  8. 1 tspCinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl. Grease a shallow pan. Bake in a 375°F preheated oven (convection) for 45 min to an hour, checking for doneness.
