  1. 1 canSweet corn drained
  2. 1 canKidney beans drained
  3. 1 canBlack beans drained
  4. 1 canSliced black olives drained
  5. Tomatoes
  6. 1Avocado
  7. 1 canArtichokes drained and quartered
  8. 1 cupBalsamic vinaigrette dressing

  1. 1

    Put everything in a large bowl adding the avocado and artichoke last then mix.

    Refrigerate for at least one hour then let sit for ten minutes before eating. Even better next day!
