Mix pepper and garlic powder in small bowl

Beat egg lightly

Remove rind from brie, if desired, or leave it on

Cut brie into wedges

Dredge in flour mixture

Dip in egg

Roll in bread crumbs until coated

Place coated brie in freezer for about 15 minutes to firm it up.

Heat oil to fry

Remove brie from freezer

Fry until golden.....about 10 seconds on each side

Serve and enjoy
