Ingredients

13 servings
  1. 1 1/4 cupWater
  2. 2 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1/4 cupHoney
  4. 3 cupWhole wheat flour
  5. 2 tspSalt
  6. 2 tspDry Yeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix wet ingredients in bread maker

  2. 2

    Add flour and salt (don't mix)

  3. 3

    Add yeast on top

  4. 4

    Run bread maker on Dough setting

  5. 5

    Remove dough and knead once

  6. 6

    Put dough on lightly oiled bread pan and let rise for 1/2 hr

  7. 7

    Bake at 350*F for 45 min (put small pan of water on bottom rack to add moisture)

  8. 8

    Remove from pan and let cool before slicing
