Steps

Mix wheat flour, ghee and protein powder and make a dough

Make small ball like structure with your hands
- 3
Deep fry it in a pan of desi ghee
- 4
Break it and let it cool
- 5
Grind it in a mixer jar
- 6
Roast it in a kadhai on a light flame
- 7
Add gur ki khaand and melted ghee according to taste
- 8
Serve it with garnished chopped nuts
