COOK RAMEN FIRST

bring water to a boil then add dried ramen noodle and simmer for 2 minute then drain and keep 3 tbsp of noodle water set aside

POUNDED PASTE

pound garlic and shallot with ( deseeded red chili pepper optional ) set aside

STIR FRY RAMEN

in pan with 2 tbsp of oil add pounded paste till lightly brown then add green bean and stir fry for half a minute

add cooked ramen with noodle water and sauce mix well for 2 minute till almost dry then off heat

serve immediately top tomato and black pepper
