Soya Chapli Kebab

This is my version of the famous Chapli Kebab, also known as Peshawari Kebab. It is a very popular street food in Peshawar and so let me share with you this yummy Kebab made of soya granules. Tried it for the first time and it came out just perfect. So go ahead and give it a try and relish as a snack with some homemade chutney.
Soya Chapli Kebab

Steps

Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients (except tomato slices and oil).

Divide into large equal size portions. Give a shape of a patty and place a slice of tomato on each.

Shallow fry in some oil till done on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel.

Serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
