1 packagesfresh spinach
16 ozcream cheese
2 cuppepper jack shredded cheese
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cupshredded parmesan
1pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese

Lightly saute fresh spinach

Add all other ingredients on low-medium and heat until all cheese is completely melted, and enjoy

If desired add to small rolls and sprinkle some parmesan cheese and broil until cheese is golden
