  1. 1 canmarinated artichoke hearts
  2. 1 packagesfresh spinach
  3. 16 ozcream cheese
  4. 2 cuppepper jack shredded cheese
  5. 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  6. 3/4 cupshredded parmesan
  7. 1pepper to taste
  8. grated parmesan cheese

  1. 1

    Lightly saute fresh spinach

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients on low-medium and heat until all cheese is completely melted, and enjoy

  3. 3

    If desired add to small rolls and sprinkle some parmesan cheese and broil until cheese is golden
