  • 1 canmarinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 packagesfresh spinach
  • 16 ozcream cheese
  • 2 cuppepper jack shredded cheese
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cupshredded parmesan
  • 1pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly saute fresh spinach

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients on low-medium and heat until all cheese is completely melted, and enjoy

  3. 3

    If desired add to small rolls and sprinkle some parmesan cheese and broil until cheese is golden
