Ingredients

  • 2 lbground beef
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • 14 ozpinto beans, drained
  • 14 ozkidney beans, drained
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 28 ozdiced tomatoes, with juice
  • 28 ozcrushed tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat along with onion, garlic, & green pepper.

  2. 2

    Drain grease.

  3. 3

    Add spices and beans.

  4. 4

    Stir together.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.

  6. 6

    Lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. 7

    May need to double up on the spices.
