Ingredients

  1. 2 boxjiffy corn muffin mix
  2. 1 lbseasoned taco meat
  3. 1 canrotel
  4. 2 cupshredded cheese of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    My on box of muffin mix layer bottom of cast iron skillet or 13x9 in pan

  2. 2

    Layer 1 cup cheese taco meat the 2nd cup of cheese then mix and add second layer of corn bread

  3. 3

    Bake 30 minutes and add topping such as a our cream if desired
