1zuccini - thinly sliced
2garlic cloves - sliced
1/2onion, chopped
2 cupmilk
1 tbspbutter
1Spices
1 tbspsour cream

Steps

Slowly melt butter and add onion. Cook it a few minutes, until it gets soft and sweet.

Then add sliced zucchini, garlic and spices. Cover everything with water.

Let everything simmer for 15 minutes.

At the end puree everything and add milk.

Add sour cream and serve hot or cold.
