2 1/2 lbchicken
4 tbspapple cider vinegar
3 tbspbrown sugar
1/2 cupketchup
1/2 cuppineapple
garlic powder
full seasoning
1 tbspsesame oil

Clean the chicken and season it.

Cook the chicken on a sauce pan with sesame oil.

Meanwhile is cooking add the sauce by mixing the ketchup, pineapple, sugar and the vinegar.
