Ingredients

  1. 250 gSpinach
  2. 100 gBesan
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 teaspoon- Red chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoon- dry mango powder
  6. 1p chopped green chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon- ajwain
  9. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the Spinach

  2. 2

    Then chopped it

  3. 3

    Take a bowl and put it all dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Then add chopped spinach and chopped onion

  5. 5

    Mix well and make a thik paste

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadai

  7. 7

    Fry pakore till golden brown

  8. 8

    Remove it from the oil

  9. 9

    Serve it hot and enjoy
