Ingredients

250 gSpinach
100 gBesan
1/2 cupchopped onion
1 teaspoon- Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon- dry mango powder
1p chopped green chilli
to tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoon- ajwain
Oil for frying

Steps

First wash the Spinach

Then chopped it

Take a bowl and put it all dry ingredients

Then add chopped spinach and chopped onion

Mix well and make a thik paste

Heat oil in a kadai
7

Fry pakore till golden brown
8

Remove it from the oil
9

Serve it hot and enjoy
