Chop the beef to pieces of your preference. Put to cook with a little salt till soft and tender. Cook till all the soup is drained.

Add onions, then oil then tomatoes. Add potatoes then enough water. Add tomato purée to thicken the soup.

Add the leaves of kales which are unchopped.
