  • 2 lbchopped Diesmillo"boneless beef round"
  • 1 packagesbeef chorizo
  • 2limes squeezed
  • 1 tbspgarlic salt
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1/3 cuporange juice
  • garnish
  • 1mexican cheese
  • 1onions & cilantro
  • 1chili salsa
  • 1avocados
  • 1tortillas

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    start by marinating meat with all ingredients. Chop chorizo finely and also add to meat.let marinade atleast 2hours

  2. 2

    cook meat in hot skillet till all juice evaporates.heat tortillas on hot griddle.assemble as you like.
