Ingredients

2 servings

3Chicken tenders (or any cut of chicken)
2 tsp○ Sake
1○ Plain cake flour
1Krazy Salt
1/2 tspCurry powder
1and 1/2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 dashParsley

Steps

Step 1: Sprinkle chicken tenders with sake, then let sit for 10 minutes. Drain, then dredge in flour. Put mayonnaise in Teflon-coated frying pan, then sauté chicken tenders. Coat in Krazy Salt and curry powder. Step 2: Sprinkle with parsley, then it's ready to serve.
