Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 can24 Oz tomato sauce
  3. 1 canorka
  4. 1 packagesbeef stew seasoning
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. 1 can28 Oz can veg-all or two 10.5 cans of mixed vegetable medley
  7. 1 eachbay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper and drain.

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients including beef in a pot and simmer for about 30 min..
