Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 can24 Oz tomato sauce
  • 1 canorka
  • 1 packagesbeef stew seasoning
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 can28 Oz can veg-all or two 10.5 cans of mixed vegetable medley
  • 1 eachbay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper and drain.

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients including beef in a pot and simmer for about 30 min..
