Ingredients

1 serving
  • 4 tbspFlour
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 1/4 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspCoffee (preferably Nescafé)
  • 3 tbspMilk
  • 1 dropvanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 tbspButter

Steps

    Mix the dry ingredients together in a small bowl apart from coffee!

  2. 2

    In the mug, add the coffee to the milk, mix and leave to dissolve.

  3. 3

    Then add all the dry ingredients, vanilla and oil to the milk and coffee

  4. 4

    Fold in gently until mixed through

  5. 5

    Place in the microwave for about 50-60 secs

  6. 6

    Leave to cool or eat warm with ice cream!!!!

  7. 7

    Enjoyyy!!!! 😋
