Steps

Wash the rice and soak

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt,red chilli powder,curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and turmeric

Heat a pan add the whole garam masalas and temper

Add the onion slices n fry well

Now add ginger garlic paste chilli powder salt and turmeric powder and mix

Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them

Add tomato slices and green chilli
- 8
Now add the rice and mix well and add warm water into it and cover
- 9
As the rice and chicken pieces get cooked add the diced tomatoes and mix well

Finally add ghee and garam marsala powder and switch off the fire

Serve it hot
