Chop the potato, carrot, and green beans and rinse and boil them for 15 minutes

Clean your meat and boil it for a full hour.

Chop your onion

Drain water from your vegetable pot.

After an hour check your meat that is now soft and once it is soft then start to pour your onion and garlic and ginger paste.

Stir occasionally and crumble the chilli beef stock and let it cook for a while.

Now it's time to pour your spices and let them cook for a while the take the pot that has the potatoes in and add it to the meat.

Stir and prepare your small cup and pour your soup thickener with flour stir and pour over the meat and let it simmer on a low heat then your beef stew is ready to be served with rice.
