Cooking Instructions

Poke holes on the membrane on the ribs.

Mix all the dry spices and sugar and rub on ribs and let marinade for at least 20 mins.

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Wrap the ribs in heavy duty foil membrane side up. Place on baking pan and bake in oven for two hours.

Mix mustard and vinegar and add a pinch of salt.

Remove ribs and carefully open foil. Turn oven up to 375°F. Turn ribs over and brush the mustard sauce on top. Place uncovered in oven and bake an additional ten minutes.

Remove ribs and brush a layer of bbq sauce on top. Cook another ten minutes. Repeat two more times after.
