Ingredients

1 serving
  • 3 lbscarne asada meat (flank or skirt steak, flap meat, trimmed sirloin or brisket, etc.)
  • 1/2 Csoy sauce
  • 1/2 Colive oil
  • 1/3 Cwhite vinegar
  • 4ea garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tfresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tground white pepper
  • 1 tmustard powder
  • 1 tgarlic powder
  • 1 tchili powder
  • 1 tpaprika
  • 1 tground cumin
  • 1 tdried oregano
  • 1/2 tkosher salt
  • 2ea juiced limes (retain juice & rinds)
  • 2ea green onion (rough chopped)
  • 1ea jalapeno (chopped, discard stem)
  • 1/2ea red onion (rough chopped)
  • 1/2 Ccilantro (chopped)

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except meat.

  2. 2

    Let marinade rest for five minutes to allow flavors to bloom.

  3. 3

    Pour over meat and marinade for 1-3 hours. (turn the meat or shake the marinade bag to ensure even marination)

  4. 4

    Grill on a very hot grill to the desired doneness. Serve and enjoy!
