Ingredients

  1. 3 lbscarne asada meat (flank or skirt steak, flap meat, trimmed sirloin or brisket, etc.)
  2. 1/2 Csoy sauce
  3. 1/2 Colive oil
  4. 1/3 Cwhite vinegar
  5. 4ea garlic cloves (minced)
  6. 1 tfresh ground black pepper
  7. 1 tground white pepper
  8. 1 tmustard powder
  9. 1 tgarlic powder
  10. 1 tchili powder
  11. 1 tpaprika
  12. 1 tground cumin
  13. 1 tdried oregano
  14. 1/2 tkosher salt
  15. 2ea juiced limes (retain juice & rinds)
  16. 2ea green onion (rough chopped)
  17. 1ea jalapeno (chopped, discard stem)
  18. 1/2ea red onion (rough chopped)
  19. 1/2 Ccilantro (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients except meat.

    Let marinade rest for five minutes to allow flavors to bloom.

  3. 3

    Pour over meat and marinade for 1-3 hours. (turn the meat or shake the marinade bag to ensure even marination)

    Grill on a very hot grill to the desired doneness. Serve and enjoy!
