Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the shrimps for 2-3 minutes.

Add onions and seasoning and allow for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside

Add coconut milk to a saucepan and allow it simmer. Stir occasionally till it thickens

Add shrimps to the coconut milk and a bit of sweetener. Let it simmer for 1-2minutes. Add parsley.

Serve with pasta
