Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix 1st 6 ingredients together in a bowl.

Rinse chicken in water and paper towel pat dry. Place in bowl and coat chicken well with sauce or you can use as a marinate and put in fridge for a couple of hours.

When ready place chicken on foil lined baking sheet (skin up). Cook for 25 minutes and flip chicken over. Cook for another 10 minutes and flip back over and cook for another 10 minutes.

This cooks the chicken evenly and keeps it moist. To make sure it's done, internal temp should be around 165°F. Enjoy!
