Pecan, Walnut, & Raisin Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 1 packagesPuff pastry
  2. 1/2 stickbutter melted
  3. 1/2 cupraisins soaked in bourbon
  4. 1/2 cupgolden raisins soaked in bourbon
  5. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  6. 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  7. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 3 tbspground cinnamon
  10. pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Unfold puff pastry and brush melted butter over the entire pastry square including each corners.

    Mix sugars and cinnamon with a pinch of salt together and sprinkle heavily over melted butter.

    Next sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins over entire pastry

  4. 4

    Start at the bottom and roll pastry a little firm but not too firm, like rolling up a cigar..hehe...infuse the typewriter method of rolling. Divide into six rolls.

    Place 1/4 teaspoon of butter and tsp of nuts in a muffin tin, place sliced rolling muffin tin. Bake at 350° for about 15 mins or until brown and bubbling....DO NOT OVER BAKE...
