This is a very simple recipe that I learned from a friend. It's very friendly to the budget, tastes good with rice and very easy to prepare. You may add pork into the recipe. It will taste better with pork.

Cut tofu into small cubes (bite size)

Cut the onion leaves into small pieces that can be used to accentuate the dish.

Mince spring onions

Sautee spring onions.

Sautee tofu until a bit brown.

Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 1-2 tablespoon water.

Sautee and mix ingredients all together.

Add salt to taste. You may also add umami or any seasoning you prefer. Just make sure it will not totally alter the taste.

Prepare to serve and garnish with onion leaves.
